Pros & Cons
Pros
  • Over 600 tradable assets across forex, stocks, indices, and cryptocurrencies, which enables traders to build well-diversified portfolios.
  • Dual platform options featuring both MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and the proprietary Axia Trader application, which offers flexibility to suit different execution preferences.
  • High leverage of up to 1:400 on selected account tiers, which allows traders to maximize their market exposure with smaller initial capital.
  • Rich educational hub providing structured trading signals, daily financial updates, and video tutorials, which helps beginner traders build essential market knowledge.
  • Commission-free CFD trading across all accounts, which keeps execution costs predictable and straightforward for retail investors.
Cons
  • Weak regulatory protection due to holding only an offshore license from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), which lacks the rigorous investor safeguards of tier-1 regulators.
  • Wide entry-level spreads starting from 1.8 pips on Bronze accounts, which increases the transaction costs for retail investors with smaller capital.
  • Severe strategy restrictions that prohibit hedging, scalping, and the use of automated Expert Advisors (EAs), which limits the flexibility of advanced traders.
  • Poor user reputation highlighted by a low 1.5 out of 5 Trustpilot rating and frequent withdrawal complaints, which signals high operational risks for clients.
Axia Investments Review Overview

This detailed Axia Investments review examines the broker's regulation, costs, and trading platforms to determine if Axia Investments is a good broker for your financial goals. We break down every essential feature so you can make an informed, objective decision before opening an account.

Is Axia Investments Legit and Safe?

Axia Investments is an offshore broker regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, but its lack of high-tier oversight and numerous withdrawal complaints raise serious safety concerns. While the company holds a valid securities dealer license, trading through an offshore entity means clients do not receive the same stringent regulatory protections provided by top-tier global financial authorities.

Axia Investments review

What Is Axia Investments? Company Background

Axia Investments is an online forex and CFD brokerage brand established around 2020 to provide retail traders with access to international markets. The trading name is operated by Smarttool Trading SC Limited, a registered corporate entity based in the Seychelles.

  • Headquarters location: The broker is officially headquartered in Mahe, Seychelles.
  • Primary target audience: Axia Investments targets retail traders globally, with a strong focus on marketing its services to clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
  • Operational infrastructure: The brand offers trading via both MetaTrader 5 and its proprietary software, known as the Axia Trade platform.

Axia Investments Regulation

The regulatory oversight of Axia Investments is provided solely by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. This regulatory body is classified as a Tier-3 authority, which generally enforces less stringent compliance standards than Tier-1 regulators. The licensing status can be confirmed through the regulator's registry. You can check the Seychelles FSA official website to verify Axia Investments' license by searching license number SD034.

The regulatory setup of Axia Investments relies entirely on offshore registration, lacking top-tier investor protection.

Entity NameRegulatorLicense NumberRegulatory TierInvestor Protection
Smarttool Trading SC LimitedSeychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA)SD034Tier-3 (Offshore)Segregated client funds; no statutory investor compensation scheme
Deloce LTDUnregulated (Cyprus Corporate Entity)N/AN/ANo regulatory investor protections

Operating exclusively under offshore and unregulated entities means clients do not benefit from the robust safety schemes offered by major regulatory jurisdictions.

Which Axia Investments Entity Serves Your Region?

Because Axia Investments limited its regulatory reach to its offshore entity, there is no localized onboarding variation based on your region. Every retail client who signs up is onboarded directly under the Seychelles-registered Smarttool Trading SC Limited.

  • Onboarding under an offshore entity allows for faster, simplified registration due to lighter Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • The lack of structural onshore entities means clients in regions like Europe or Australia cannot opt for a locally regulated subsidiary.
  • Investor protection remains limited to offshore standards globally, meaning traders do not have access to a local financial ombudsman to resolve disputes.

Restricted Countries

Due to local regulatory limitations and strict legal frameworks, Axia Investments does not accept clients from certain jurisdictions. These restricted countries typically include:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Japan
  • European Union / European Economic Area (EEA) member states

Local regulatory authorities in these regions heavily restrict unlicensed offshore brokers from marketing to or onboarding their residents. Consequently, the broker's registration and services are designed primarily for countries where offshore CFD distribution faces fewer restrictions.

Client Fund Protection

Client fund protection is a critical factor when assessing if a broker is safe, and Axia Investments' structural setup offers mixed assurances. While the broker claims to adhere to fund segregation standards, the overall level of account security is limited.

  • Segregated client funds: The broker holds client deposits in separate bank accounts from its operational funds, ensuring that client capital cannot be used to pay company expenses.
  • No investor compensation scheme: Unlike brokers regulated in the UK or Cyprus, Axia Investments does not participate in any investor compensation schemes, meaning clients are unprotected if the company goes bankrupt.
  • Absence of guaranteed negative balance protection: The account specifications do not guarantee negative balance protection, meaning traders could theoretically lose more than their initial deposits during extreme market volatility.

Axia Investments User Reviews and Trustpilot Rating

Axia Investments holds a Trustpilot rating of 1.3/5 based on 98 reviews, reflecting overwhelmingly negative user sentiment. According to the latest data as of June 2026, the broker is categorized in the lowest "Bad" tier on the review platform, with a calculated TrustScore of 1.5 out of 5 stars.

While positive feedback is exceedingly rare and heavily scrutinized by the community as potentially artificial, the few positive reviews on the platform typically mention:

  • Intuitive trading interface: Some users initially praise the clean layout of the proprietary Axia Trade platform, noting that it is easy to navigate for beginners.
  • Onboarding guidance: A small selection of reviewers reported satisfactory early interactions with customer representatives during the account creation process.
  • Diverse asset selection: The wide range of available currency pairs and stock CFDs is occasionally cited as a positive feature by early-stage traders.

In contrast, the vast majority of customer reviews consist of highly critical warnings and explicit complaints, which consistently center around the following points:

  • Total withdrawal blocks: Numerous clients report that the broker systematically denies, delays, or ignores withdrawal requests, sometimes demanding arbitrary "fees" or tax payments before funds can be released.
  • Aggressive and manipulative account managers: Users frequently complain about intense, high-pressure tactics from assigned account managers who badger them for larger deposits and become hostile or unresponsive when a client seeks to withdraw their capital.
  • Concerns over license validity: Many reviewers express concern that the broker's Seychelles FSA registration is effectively a "fake" or weak license that provides no real legal recourse or regulatory safety net for retail clients.

Traders can See Axia Investments reviews on Trustpilot to read these firsthand accounts and evaluate user experiences in greater detail.

Axia Investments Account Types

Axia Investments provides a multi-tiered account system with high entry requirements, where competitive spreads are reserved exclusively for clients willing to make substantial capital deposits. This tiered structure spans five distinct account levels, each scaling up in features, signals, and dedicated support as the deposit sizes increase.

Axia Investments Account Types and Minimum Deposit Requirements

The account structures at Axia Investments are divided into five main categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Trading costs across all levels are built directly into floating spreads, meaning the broker operates on a commission-free model with no additional execution fees. Leverage is consistently capped at a maximum of 1:400 across all tiers, in line with typical offshore broker regulations.

  • Bronze Account: Requires a minimum deposit of $500, offering floating spreads starting from 1.8 pips and basic access to daily market analysis.
  • Silver Account: Requires a minimum deposit of $1,500, with floating spreads starting from 1.5 pips and the inclusion of a junior account manager.
  • Gold Account: Requires a minimum deposit of $10,000, bringing spreads down to 1.2 pips alongside direct access to trading signals and a dedicated account manager.
  • Platinum Account: Requires a minimum deposit of $50,000, offering spreads starting from 0.8 pips and more advanced trading tools.
  • Diamond Account: Requires a minimum deposit of $250,000, providing the lowest available spreads at 0.4 pips, tailored primarily for high-net-worth individual traders.

In practice, this account structure represents a significantly high barrier to entry compared to mainstream retail brokers, many of whom allow clients to trade live with deposits of just $10 to $100. Because competitive spreads (under 1.0 pip) are gated behind a minimum threshold of $50,000, the commission-free model is highly unfavorable for standard retail traders. For those on Bronze or Silver tiers, the wide spreads of 1.8 to 1.5 pips act as a heavy cost premium, making short-term trading strategies like scalping or high-frequency day trading mathematically difficult to sustain over time.

Does Axia Investments Offer an Islamic Account?

Yes, Axia Investments does offer a Sharia-compliant Islamic account option for traders of the Muslim faith. This account option complies with Sharia principles by eliminating overnight rollover or swap fees, allowing traders to keep positions open indefinitely without incurring usurious interest (Riba). To convert a standard trading tier into an Islamic account, clients must register their account and directly request the swap-free status from their account manager or customer support.

Axia Investments Fees and Trading Costs

Axia Investments operates on a commission-free pricing model where trading costs are built entirely into floating spreads, though its non-trading fees and inactivity penalties are exceptionally high compared to industry standards. This means that while active trading commissions are absent, the broker extracts its revenue through wider bid-ask spreads and severe administrative penalties on dormant accounts.

Axia Investments Trading Fees (Spreads / Commission Fees / Swap and Overnight Fees)

The primary trading costs at Axia Investments are packed into its floating spreads, which vary dynamically depending on market volatility and the specific account level a client holds.

  • Wider floating spreads: On the entry-level Bronze account, typical spreads start at a wide 1.8 pips for major currency pairs like EUR/USD, which is significantly higher than the industry average of 1.0 to 1.2 pips for standard retail accounts.
  • Commission-free execution: The broker charges 0% commissions on all stock, commodity, index, and forex CFD trades, shifting all execution costs directly to the spread markup.
  • Seven-day swap-free grace period: A unique pricing feature is that standard accounts are granted a 100% discount on overnight fees for the first seven days a position remains open.
  • Delayed overnight fees: Beginning on the eighth day of holding an open position, overnight swap fees are applied daily at 00:00 GMT+2.
  • Friday triple swaps: Swaps are charged three times on Friday nights to account for the weekend rollover period when global financial markets are closed.

Axia Investments Non-Trading Fees (Inactivity Fees / Currency Conversion Fees)

Axia Investments enforces some of the most aggressive non-trading fees in the retail brokerage sector, particularly regarding account inactivity and currency conversion. These administrative costs are outlined in the broker’s official legal documents and represent a substantial risk to inactive balances.

  • Rapidly escalating inactivity fees: If there is no transaction or trading activity on an account for a period of one month or more, the broker begins charging monthly inactivity fees that increase dramatically over time:
    • 1 to 2 months of inactivity: $100 per month.
    • 2 to 3 months of inactivity: $250 per month.
    • 3 to 4 months of inactivity: $500 per month.
    • 4 to 5 months of inactivity: $750 per month.
    • 5 to 6 months of inactivity: $1,500 per month.
    • 6 to 12 months of inactivity: $2,000 per month.
  • Astronomical dormancy fees: If an account remains completely inactive for more than 12 months, the broker classifies it as dormant and charges a fee of $2,500 per month.
  • Severe re-activation penalty: If a client wishes to re-activate an account that has been marked dormant, they are required to pay a flat re-activation fee of $2,500.
  • Strict USD account base currency restriction: Because the broker only supports USD as its base account currency, any deposit or withdrawal made in other currencies (such as EUR, GBP, or SAR) is subject to a variable currency conversion fee based on daily exchange rates.

Axia Investments Deposits & Withdrawals

Axia Investments supports standard credit card and bank transfer options for account funding, but its withdrawal system is burdened by high processing fees and frequent client reports of payout delays. While depositing funds is relatively straightforward, extracting capital from the platform involves substantial administrative friction.

  • Supported payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Wire Transfer.
  • Zero deposit fees: The broker does not charge any deposit fees, allowing clients to fund their trading accounts without losing capital to transfer costs.
  • Fixed withdrawal fees for small amounts: Withdrawals of $1,000 or less are subject to a flat processing fee of $15 per transaction.
  • Percentage-based withdrawal fees for large amounts: Withdrawals exceeding $1,000 incur a fee of 1.5% of the total withdrawal amount, which is deducted automatically at the time of processing.
  • High penalty surcharge for low trading volume: The broker reserves the right to charge an elevated $100 withdrawal fee if the client initiates a withdrawal with insufficient trading activity, such as placing only a single trade prior to the request.
  • Standard processing speeds: Withdrawals typically take between 3 and 5 business days to clear, depending on whether the client uses a credit card or bank wire.
  • Widespread withdrawal complaints: On public forums like Trustpilot, the single most common complaint against the broker involves severe payout issues, with users reporting that requests are routinely delayed, ignored, or blocked by account managers demanding additional verification deposits.

Axia Investments Trading Platforms, Conditions & Experience

Axia Investments provides trading services through MetaTrader 5 and its proprietary AxiaTrader software under generous leverage terms, though execution quality and user experiences are heavily impacted by its offshore market-maker model. While the broker attempts to deliver a high-tech ecosystem, the lack of popular alternative platforms and structural trading restrictions limit its appeal to experienced professional traders.

Does Axia Investments Support MT4, MT5 & Mobile Trading?

Axia Investments supports MetaTrader 5 and its proprietary AxiaTrader platform across web, desktop, and mobile devices, but does not offer the legacy MetaTrader 4 platform. The lack of MT4 means that traders who rely on custom indicators, scripts, or Expert Advisors designed specifically for the older MetaQuotes platform cannot run them here.

  • MetaTrader 5 (MT5) integration: The broker supports the full suite of MT5 features, providing retail clients with advanced charting tools, multiple order types, and built-in technical indicators.
  • AxiaTrader proprietary app: Developed as a customized solution, the broker's proprietary AxiaTrader software provides a simplified interface with integrated market news and simplified order-execution features.
  • Full mobile compatibility: Mobile trading is supported on both Android and iOS devices, with dedicated mobile versions of both the MT5 application and the proprietary Axia Trade app available for download in their respective app stores.

What Can You Trade on Axia Investments?

Axia Investments provides access to a catalog of over 600 to 1,000 CFDs spanning currency pairs, indices, commodities, and individual corporate shares. The entire product lineup is offered strictly through Contracts for Difference (CFDs), meaning traders speculate purely on price fluctuations and do not gain ownership of the underlying physical assets.

  • Tradable CFD markets: Forex, stocks, stock indices, commodities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and cryptocurrencies.
  • Foreign exchange selection: The broker offers majors, minors, and several exotic currency pairs, though exotic spreads remain highly elevated.
  • Global equity CFDs: Traders can speculate on hundreds of major American and European shares, including highly sought-after blue-chip tech stocks.
  • Indices and commodities: Popular global indices (such as the Dow Jones and S&P 500) are available alongside key energy contracts (Crude Oil, Brent) and precious metals (Gold, Silver).
  • Cryptocurrency CFDs: Bitcoin and Ethereum are tradeable on leverage, though crypto trading on margin carries extreme risk due to market volatility.

Axia Investments Leverage, Margin & Order Execution

Axia Investments offers flexible leverage of up to 1:400 and a tiered stop-out margin structure, executing orders under a market-maker execution model. Because the broker acts as the direct counterparty to all client positions, it utilizes internal price feeds and execution mechanisms, which can introduce structural conflicts of interest.

  • High offshore leverage limits: Retail clients can access leverage up to 1:400 for major currency pairs, a limit far higher than the 1:30 cap imposed by European (ESMA) or Australian (ASIC) regulators.
  • Tiered stop-out margins: The basic Bronze account features a stop-out level of 40%, whereas higher accounts (Silver through Diamond) enjoy a lower stop-out level of 20%, granting larger breathing room to positions.
  • Market execution model: Orders are executed using market execution, with the broker claiming to offer fast processing speeds, though slippage is frequently reported by users during high-volatility events.

Axia Investments Research Tools & Educational Resources

Axia Investments packages a basic economic calendar and daily technical reports with its educational suite, reserving advanced trading signals for premium accounts. The broker places a visible emphasis on marketing its "Knowledge Center," which is designed to appeal primarily to first-time retail investors.

  • Structured educational center: The broker provides a catalog of trading guides, video tutorials, and financial e-books aimed at explaining basic market dynamics and technical indicators.
  • Basic research tools: Clients can access a standard economic calendar to track upcoming macroeconomic events, alongside daily written market summaries.
  • Tiered trading signals: While basic, delayed trading signals are provided to entry-level Bronze accounts, real-time, actionable signals are restricted to clients holding a Gold account ($10,000 minimum deposit) or higher.

How Good Is Axia Investments Customer Support?

Axia Investments delivers multilingual support during the trading week via email, phone, and live chat, but customer feedback indicates highly inconsistent service quality. While support staff are highly responsive when a client is in the process of depositing funds, their availability and helpfulness drop off sharply for technical and administrative issues.

  • Weekday availability restrictions: Customer support is operating strictly on a 24/5 basis from Monday to Friday, meaning no help is available over the weekend.
  • Localized phone support: Local contact numbers are provided for regions like Kuwait (+965 22067377) and Saudi Arabia (+966 115217706), in addition to a UK support line (+447361618437).
  • Inbound email channels: General inquiries and client complaints are handled through support@axiainvestments.com and cs@axiainvestments.com.
  • Inconsistent customer service reputation: Independent reviews regularly accuse customer service of adopting a dismissive, evasive, or unhelpful posture once a client attempts to submit a withdrawal request or disputes an account manager's advice.

Who Is Axia Investments Best For?

Axia Investments is best suited for experienced, risk-tolerant traders seeking high offshore leverage, while remaining highly unsuitable for beginners, scalpers, or safety-conscious investors. The broker's structural setup favors those who are willing to navigate offshore trading risks in exchange for loose margin requirements, but penalizes passive and short-term traders.

Is Axia Investments Good for High-Leverage CFD Traders?

Axia Investments is well-suited for high-leverage CFD traders who prioritize maximum market exposure over regulatory safety nets. By operating under an offshore Seychelles jurisdiction, the broker bypasses the strict leverage limitations imposed by tier-1 regulatory bodies.

Traders who rely heavily on purchasing power to maximize small price movements in the forex or commodity markets will find the 1:400 leverage ceiling highly attractive. This allows experienced market participants to open large positions with minimal margin requirements. However, because this leverage operates within a market-maker environment lacking guaranteed negative balance protection, users run a severe risk of losing more than their deposited capital during sharp market gaps or sudden liquidity droughts.

Is Axia Investments Good for Beginners?

Axia Investments is not recommended for beginners due to its steep initial deposit requirements and exceptionally aggressive inactivity penalties. Although the broker markets its educational Knowledge Center and account managers to new traders, its actual fee structure presents an incredibly hostile environment for novices.

The high minimum deposit of $500 for a basic Bronze account is a steep financial hurdle for beginners who typically prefer starting with micro-accounts of $10 to $50. More importantly, the broker’s punitive inactivity fees can quickly deplete a beginner's balance if they pause trading to study the markets. A novice trader who leaves their account idle for just a few months will see hundreds of dollars deducted in administrative fees, making this broker financially dangerous for anyone still learning the ropes.

Is Axia Investments Good for Scalpers and Day Traders?

Axia Investments is highly unsuitable for scalpers and day traders due to the wide spreads on its retail account tiers and potential execution delays. Short-term trading strategies rely entirely on low round-trip trading costs and lightning-fast execution to capture fractional price movements.

Because the broker operates a market-maker desk and loads its costs into floating spreads, entry-level traders are forced to battle a starting spread of 1.8 pips on major pairs. Such a wide spread acts as an immediate headwind, requiring trades to move significantly in the trader's favor just to break even. Additionally, the lack of an ECN (Electronic Communication Network) execution model means day traders are highly susceptible to execution delays and requotes during volatile market openings, which can easily turn winning trades into losses.

  • Best for: Experienced, risk-tolerant traders seeking high offshore leverage (up to 1:400) on global CFDs.
  • Less ideal for: Beginners, day traders, scalpers, cost-sensitive investors, and safety-conscious traders who demand top-tier regulatory oversight.

Compare Axia Investments with Other Popular Brokers

Axia Investments struggles to compete with established global brokers due to its high minimum deposits, severe inactivity penalties, and weaker regulatory protections. While the broker offers unique incentives like its temporary swap-free structure, its offshore standing remains a significant disadvantage.

Axia Investments vs AvaTrade

The primary difference between Axia Investments and AvaTrade is that AvaTrade is backed by multiple tier-1 regulatory licenses and offers a significantly lower entry barrier. While Axia Investments requires a $500 minimum deposit and operates under the offshore Seychelles FSA, AvaTrade permits account opening from just $100 and holds licenses in major jurisdictions including ASIC, CySEC, and Abu Dhabi’s FSRA. Spreads on Axia's Bronze tier start at a wide 1.8 pips; by contrast, AvaTrade features much tighter average spreads of 0.9 pips with zero commissions. Furthermore, AvaTrade does not impose percentage-based withdrawal charges or rapidly escalating inactivity fees that can drain client balances.

  • Axia Investments is the better choice for traders seeking a temporary 7-day swap-free trading window; AvaTrade suits safety-conscious retail traders more.

Axia Investments vs XM

The key distinction between Axia Investments and XM lies in XM's highly beginner-friendly $5 minimum deposit and its fair, non-punitive fee structure. Axia Investments restricts retail clients with its high initial funding and has inactivity fees starting at $100 after one month, escalating up to $2,500. On the other hand, XM offers an entry barrier of only $5 and imposes a minimal, non-escalating inactivity fee of just $5 after 90 days. XM provides access to both MT4 and MT5 platforms, whereas Axia completely lacks MT4 support. Axia offers a 1:400 leverage cap; XM, by contrast, provides leverage options up to 1:1000 under its offshore entities, along with negative balance protection.

  • Axia Investments is the better choice for its proprietary web trading interface; XM suits beginners and micro-account traders more.

Axia Investments vs Plus500

The main divergence between Axia Investments and Plus500 is Plus500's publicly traded corporate backing and its highly transparent, commission-free pricing model. Plus500 is listed on the London Stock Exchange and heavily regulated across multiple tier-1 regions, whereas Axia Investments remains a privately owned, offshore broker with a single Tier-3 registration. Plus500 features variable spreads starting at 1.4 pips on majors with zero deposit or withdrawal fees. Axia Investments, on the other hand, charges flat $15 fees for small withdrawals and up to 1.5% for larger ones. Additionally, Plus500's proprietary trading application is widely praised for its stability, while Axia Trade's app suffers from low ratings and user complaints on standard app stores.

  • Axia Investments is the better choice for MT5 platform access; Plus500 suits traders who prioritize corporate transparency and zero transaction fees.

Axia Investments Broker Quick Verdict

This Axia Investments review concludes that while the broker offers generous 1:400 leverage and a modern MetaTrader 5 interface, its lack of top-tier regulation and aggressive non-trading fees make it highly risky for retail traders. Ultimately, the severe inactivity penalties reaching $2,500 monthly and widespread withdrawal issues reported on Trustpilot heavily overshadow its trading benefits. Unless you are an experienced professional willing to navigate offshore environments and high capital requirements, your funds are far safer with a highly regulated competitor.

Editorial Transparency: This Axia Investments review is based on information from the official Axia Investments website, current regulatory filings, and independent third-party sources such as Trustpilot. We cross-checked the broker's regulation and license details, account types, trading and non-trading fees, deposit and withdrawal terms, platforms, and real user feedback to ensure accuracy and objectivity. Stay Away from Samarttool Trading – A Manipulative and Unethical CompanyMy experience with Samarttool Trading has been an absolute nightmare. This company is nothing more than a scam disguised as a trading platform. Their so-called “Account Manager” manipulated me from day one, constantly advising me to open buy/sell positions that clearly had no strategic or financial logic. The only goal was to pressure me into depositing more and more money, promising recovery and high returns.Every recommendation turned out to be disastrous, even when I had chance to withyObey they delayed it till my balance getting in risk ! and it became painfully clear that they had no interest in my success – only in draining my account. I ended up losing a huge amount of money, all because I trusted their misleading guidance. There was no transparency, no accountability, and definitely no integrity.Avoid Samarttool Trading at all costs. If you value your money and peace of mind, do not fall into the same trap I did. This company should be investigated for predatory practices and financial manipulation.

Stay away from Axia. Don’t let them fool you.Again, I requested a withdrawal from my account on March 28, 2025, when my balance was close to $300 USD. Since then, I have sent more than three emails to their support team and received no reply by email.Today, they finally responded — not via email, but through a public comment on Trustpilot, repeating the same excuse about "open trades." This is clearly a delay tactic. They had more than enough time to process my withdrawal before any trading losses could occur.I logged into my account today and saw that my balance is now negative. When I requested the withdrawal, the funds were available. This confirms that they deliberately delayed the process until they could claim the funds were gone. They continue to pressure users via WhatsApp to deposit more money, but when you try to withdraw your own, they either ignore you or use manipulative excuses. This is not a legitimate investment platform. It is a coordinated strategy to keep your funds trapped while appearing to operate “normally.”I will be submitting formal complaints to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles and reporting this case to consumer protection platforms and financial media. In every single review website.Stay away from Axia. Don’t let them fool you.

I began using Axia Trade with a bronze account. I deposited $500 and they gave me a welcome bonus of 5%, or $25. The spread rate seemed very reasonable. I like it! I'm already planning to expand my account and upgrade to the gold package in a few months.

oh, I really love this trading plattform. I remember when I was looking for a platform that had a wide range of investment and this was recommended to me. It wasn't until recently I started trading with them. It would be a year now and wow having over 600 trading instruments to choose from is really impressive. Aded to that they have a wonderful customer support team. Well, the payments and deposit are dependent on your location but this broker has more local payments that makes transactions easy. All in all they are inclusive and I am loving it!

I have been trading with AxiaTrade for quite a long time, probably more than half a year, I must admit I was surprised by their trading conditions on the diamond account, they give a bonus of up to 20% on the first deposit, so I chose it. Deposits and withdrawals are carried out without problems, it is very convenient to withdraw through cryptocurrencies. The trading platform is functional, but it will take time for beginners to get used to it. However, technical support takes a very long time to answer my questions, I wish they would improve the speed of response to their clients.

I suppose that it's a good solution for trading. My choice was silver account and only because I had enough money to pick it. I agree that it is somewhere in the beginning, but still trading conditions are attractive. Welcome bonus equates to 10%, leverage is 1:200 and spreads are tight somewhere around 1.8 pips or maybe even lower, if you choose proper time for trading. Cryptos are traded here without issues. It's worth mentioning slight delays in depositing and withdrawing, but perhaps it's okay. It doesn't depend on the broker usually.

It was the Gold account that I chose because I found sperads much tighter and the attention to me as a client is better.Yet I wish the Axia platform could be more customizable although I realize that it’s very new and the broker is still making the first steps in this direction.During my six month experience there were no critical lags and erors with it. So it means the optimization is on a good level. All the essential payment methods are there, but sometimes I crave some more wallets or crypto wallets. It’s just a thought for the broker to reflect oon

I didn't want to choose the basic account called Bronze and decided to allocate some more money to get a SIlver one. Conditions are slightly better, at least from the point of spreads and leverage sizes. Welcome bonus is more generous also, that is appealing. I don't want to choose another account just because I get along with the conditions on Silver. Trading is favorable for me.

I don't mean to be critical, but as a broker focused on clients with significant trading capital, they need to step up their customer service. Providing appealing trading terms is a must but it is not enough. Excellent customer service is expected as well!Aside from this small drawback, Axia Markets excels in every other aspect of providing trading services. I use the Diamond account type and in my year of trading on this platform, I am happy to confirm that whatever was promised regarding the terms and conditions was delivered! It is a solid, honest and reliable brokerage!
