Auxiliumfx does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Saint Lucia. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities.

Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Auxiliumfx appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We strongly advise against further investment on the Auxiliumfx platform due to its lack of any valid regulatory credentials. Auxiliumfx has not provided any legitimate regulatory information or mentioned applying for a license; it merely lists a registered address in Saint Lucia. Although we can find an entity named Auxilium FX Limited in the Saint Lucia IFC registry, this only indicates that it is registered as an International Business Company (IBC) and does not mean it holds a forex trading license. The Saint Lucia IFC has no authority to regulate forex trading and does not issue such licenses. In reality, Auxiliumfx operates entirely without regulation, which means it cannot guarantee the safety of investors' funds. Therefore, we recommend that you cease trading on this unregulated platform and prioritize brokers that are strictly regulated by multiple top-tier authorities.
