ANSWER Dear Investor, ATH Market, formerly known as Athens Markets, has raised serious concerns due to its inconsistent regulatory claims. Previously, it asserted a presence in the British Virgin Islands, yet our verification found no matching records in the official British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) registry, indicating those claims were false. The platform has since rebranded and shifted its claimed registration to Saint Lucia. While it appears to hold a general corporate registration with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC), this is not a financial services license. Saint Lucia does not have a dedicated regulator for forex trading, meaning this registration grants no authority to operate as a broker and offers investors no protection. Consequently, ATH Market remains unlicensed by any credible financial authority. Given these findings, it is untrustworthy. We strongly advise you to avoid all interactions with this entity and refrain from depositing any funds.
