According to its website, it claims its office address is located in Cyprus. However, no matching information was found on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Furthermore, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) ordered ATF GlobalX to be blacklisted for offering financial services illegally in Italy.
In fact, ATF GlobalX is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, ATF GlobalX is a scam.
