According to its website, it claims to have been founded in 1996 and is regulated by the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB). However, our investigation revealed that its domain was only created in 2025, clearly indicating that the basic information displayed on its website is inconsistent with the facts. More importantly, CONSOB ordered ArgusStockBrokers to be blacklisted for offering financial services illegally in Italy.
Therefore, ArgusStockBrokers is unregulated by any authority and appears to be a scam.
