    According to its website, it is located in the UK. Upon investigation, we found that it is no longer regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). What's more, the Finansinspektionen (FI) issued a warning against Aquila Markets, suspecting that it is not a real company.

    In essence, Aquila Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  Aquila Markets appears to be a scam.

Aquila markets scammed me out if thousands of dollars over 7 months. Every fine until the trader, Dennis Markowski, put over $100,000 in my account, unauthorized, overnight, which he refused to remove. My account is frozen until I pay this extra money. It a catch 22… pay to release but account is empty. Daniel Voss is part of this “company”. If you’ve been caught by them, don’t be embarrassed, get the work out for others.
