ANSWER Dear Investor, We suspect that Apel Investments is highly likely to be a fraudulent CFD trading platform. Regarding its regulatory and licensing information, the platform claims to be a trading name of Apel Financial Services Distribution, which is authorized by the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), and that Apel Investments Pty Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). However, our searches in the public registries of both authorities yielded no results related to the entities mentioned by Apel Investments. This raises serious doubts about the validity of its claimed regulatory status. Furthermore, the Central Bank of Ireland(CBI) has issued a warning against Apel Investments, stating that it is a clone website providing investment services without authorization. This further corroborates our suspicions. Therefore, we strongly advise traders to avoid any dealings with this platform.
