On Feb19, 2026, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) ordered Alpha Connects to be blacklisted for offering financial services illegally in Italy. https://www.consob.it/web/area-pubblica/-/delibera-n-23879
According to its website, it claims to be registered in the Marshall Islands. However, no matching information was found within the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI). Furthermore, the IRI does not have the authority to regulate foreign exchange. Additionally, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) ordered Alpha Connects to be blacklisted for offering financial services illegally in Italy.
In fact, Alpha Connects is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Alpha Connects is a scam.
