Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the National Futures Association (NFA) and Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). In addition, we found that the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) added alpalsignals ltd to its warning list, stating that this is a fake investment platform.
In essence, alpalsignals ltd is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. alpalsignals ltd appears to be a scam.
