ANSWER AIMSPRIME is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. AIMSPRIME claims to be authorized and regulated by the Malaysia Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) and the Australia Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to AIMSPRIME in these two watchdogs' registries.The truth is that AIMSPRIME is not overseen by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like AIMSPRIME and trade with licensed brokers.
