ANSWER Active Fxmarket is not regulated by any governing body and thus it appears to be a scam.Active Fxmarket marks itself as a reliable forex broker by claiming to be licensed and regulated. It purports that its operator is Pro Fx Options Group Ltd, a company regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). However, we find no data included in the registers of the abovementioned regulators supporting its regulatory claim. This means it gives a false statement about its regulatory status to fool unsuspecting investors.Active Fxmarket is operating illegally and without any oversight from any regulatory body. Investors who deposit money with this broker are exposing themselves to a high risk of losing their funds and being scammed. Active Fxmarket is not a trustworthy broker and should be avoided at all costs. To aovid such substantial risks, it is advisable to choose a reputable, fully regulated broker isntead.
