    According to its website, it claims to be registered in Saint Lucia. Although we found relevant registration in Saint Lucia, it is well known that Saint Lucia does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange, so in fact it does not have any supervision. Investors are advised to be careful to identify and stay away from it.

    In essence, Achiever Global Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Achiever Global Markets appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Achiever Global Markets is unreliable as it does not hold a legitimate broker license. The platform fails to provide any regulatory information, merely claiming to be owned and operated by Achiever Global Markets LTD, registered in Saint Lucia. Although we located this entity with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. In reality, Achiever Global Markets operates without any valid regulation. Therefore, we strongly advise avoiding trading with this broker.
