However, we’ve now found that this registration with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of SVG has been cancelled, raising serious doubts about the company’s legitimacy, and suggesting it may be changing its registration status to avoid scrutiny.

    Therefore, SpartanForex appears to be unregulated and is very likely to be a scam.

Given the lack of valid regulation, SpartanForex shows clear signs of being a fraudulent or high-risk operation. We strongly recommend that you do not deposit funds or trade with this platform.

Does SpartanForex regulated by VFSC? I want to make sure my money is guaranteed.

ANSWER SpartanForex is not regulated by any financial authorities and should be avoided at all events. On Jun 28, 2021, BrokersView has reviewed that SpartanForex is an scam forex broker, falsely claiming to be regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). But going through its website this time, we found SpartanForex has changed its words. In the second and third line of "About SpartanForex" section, this broker tries to deceive traders into trusting it by claiming its regulation by U.S. National Futures Association (NFA) with exemption id 0461397. However, it turned out to be nothing but fake as this company is not an approved member of NFA and doesn't comply with NFA oversight. Our final verdict is that SpartanForex is not authorised by any financial regulator, therefore is not subject to necessary and strict laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with it. We advise you to stay away from this broker and any other unregulated brokerages and choose properly regulated brokers.
