ANSWER Regardless of how attractive the offerings are, we strongly suggest you avoid PBO Invest, an unregulated trading platform that poses significant risks to investors.PBO Invest claims to be registered with Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) under number 106997. However, the registration number it provided is currently canceled. What's more, the IRI is only a privately held maritime and corporate registry service provider, which is not empowered to oversee forex trading. The IRI registration doesn't equate to authorization from a financial regulatory body.PBO Invest asserts that it is under the management of FORTUNE INVESTMENT GROUP Ltd and maintains an office in the UK. We conducted a search for this company in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register. Although there is a licensee with the same name, the information provided by the FCA indicates that this legitimate entity has no affiliation with PBO Invest.In summary, PBO Invest is not regulated. Dealing with this unlicensed broker may expose investors to fraud and identity theft. To mitigate such risks, traders are advised to steer clear of unlicensed brokers like PBO Invest and instead choose fully regulated ones.
