ANSWER IKOFX is an unregulated trading platform even though it states offers that look too good to be true.IKOFX claims to be the trading name of IKO Global Limited, a company claiming to be a financial service provider registered in the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with company number 14547. When we searched the VFSC's website for this broker, however, we found the company number belongs to a company named "VEVOFX Limited". More importantly, we did not find any matching results to IKOFX in the list of "Financial Dealers Licensee". That means, the regulatory status IKOFX claims is a false statement to unsuspecting investors.In fact, IKOFX is an unlicensed financial service provider and trading platform. Regarding your question, trading with IKOFX comes with increased risk. There are no safeguards in place to protect investors' funds deposited in this broker. We would suggest investors stay away from unregulated brokers like IKOFX and trade with fully licensed brokers.
