ANSWER HexMarkets appears to solely registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA), an offshore financial regulatory that doesn't license and oversee forex trading brokerage activities. This lack of license renders HexMarkets' provision of financial services in forex trading unlawful.As such, despite its claims of SVG FSA registration, HexMarkets remains an unlicensed broker. We strongly suggest you stay away from it to avoid falling victim to potential fraud and identity theft. To have a safer trading environment, it is highly recommended to choose fully regulated brokers instead.

HexMarkets claims to operate under Hex Markets Limited, which is registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. While we can confirm that a company with the same name is registered with the SVG FSA, this only grants International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers. Furthermore, HexMarkets displays an office address in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, no record of Hex Markets Limited is listed in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)'s registry. Therefore, HexMarkets is essentially unlicensed by any recognised financial authority. This is a major red flag indicating a fraudulent operation. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with HexMarkets to safeguard your funds.
