First, while ELEV8 asserts that Elev8 Markets is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, our search of the official FSC registry yielded no results for this entity, casting doubt on the validity of this claim. Second, we did confirm that another entity, Finexis Markets Ltd, holds a license issued in February 2026 by the MWALI International Services Authority (MISA), and the registered domain matches the website operated by ELEV8. However, it is important to note that MISA is widely considered an offshore regulator with limited international credibility and oversight. This raises serious concerns regarding the strength and reliability of its regulatory framework in protecting investor funds. Given the unverified status of their claim and the weak oversight associated with their valid MISA license, ELEV8 appears to be a relatively new or high-risk entity. We strongly advise you to exercise extreme caution, conduct further due diligence, and consider choosing established brokers with robust reputations and strict regulation from top-tier authorities instead.
