ANSWER CedarFX is an unregulated broker even though it states offers that look too good to be true.CedarFX presents zero details on its regulatory status, which is a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position.Regarding your question, the client manager being unresponsive for several days is usually a sign of dishonest brokers. Letting an unlicensed broker hold and control investors' funds and trading with them is very risky, as there are no safeguards in place to protect inverstors from fraud or theft. We would recommend staying away from unlicensed brokers like CedarFX and trading with fully regulated brokers.

I decided to start investing and made the mistake of opening an account with CedarFX. My money in the amount of $ 2,000 remained there. I do not advise you to try cooperation with CedarFX.

In one word BAD!!! Even with the customer support of CedarFX! And if that wasn't enough the support is disastrous. No clear answer, always repeat your questions and talk about england over it.

It seems to be common thing with CedarFX. This sre scammers who probably use you money elsewhere and cant oay you untiol they get some money in.

This broker development team needs to do a bug reportand fix them. I always contact through live chat butnothing hthis brokerens. Eventually i got sent here and i hopethis problem does get fixed soon.

I dont recommend to trade with CedarFX for this broker as all my entry has triggered all my CedarFX even the price never comes near of it yet. never ever try if you want to save your account.

they trigger my buy stop at a price the market did not reach nor the candle or any other server and my accounts went to -2900 $. please be aware with this broker.
