ANSWER Dear Investor, Following our investigation, we have determined that Bitrage Markets is not a reliable or secure trading platform, as it does not hold a valid financial license from any recognized regulatory authority. Bitrage Markets claims to be operated by Bitrage Capital Markets Ltd, which is registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC). While a matching company name was found on IFC's registry, this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. It does not constitute a financial license. The IFC has explicitly stated that it does not regulate or license forex brokers, meaning this registration offers no investor protection. Furthermore, although Bitrage Markets claims to be headquartered in Dubai, we have found no record of the company with either the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) or the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). These findings strongly indicate that Bitrage Markets operates without proper authorization from any credible financial regulator. This is a serious red flag and a common characteristic of fraudulent trading platforms. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid engaging with this entity and to exercise extreme caution to protect your funds.

did u try to reach their support ticket system, they reply within 24 hour, and if you have genuine concerns or profits then will release, if wrong practice trades you have done, then you should not demand

if your concerns are genuine then write to support, they will guide, otherwise these days clients also do scams and find unethical ways to generate and manipulate the system
