Our research suggests that all the claims are baseless. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has added Apex FX to its warning list for the lack of the required authorization.

    In essence, Apex FX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  Apex FX appears to be a scam.
