    Above Capital claims to be a trusted Broker located inIsland of Moheli, Comoros Union and Dubai UAE, regulated by the MWALI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES AUTHORITY, offering wide range of financial services to traders, including Forex, Comodities, Indices, Crypto and more instruments in global markets.

    Upon investigation, we found that ABOVE CAPITAL INVESTMENT LLC is a brokerage company licensed with the MISA, but the operating URL is www.investment.com. Obviously abovecapitalgroup.com is a clone company and is not regulated or licensed by the MISA.

    The truth is that Above Capital (abovecapitalgroup.com) is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

This suggests that Above Capital may be falsely associating itself with a legitimate license holder, potentially engaging in identity misrepresentation. Moreover, even if there were a legitimate connection, the license in question has already been suspended. As such, Above Capital is currently unregulated and holds no valid authorization to offer financial services. Given these findings, we strongly advise you to avoid any engagement with this platform. Do not rely on its claims of regulatory oversight, as they are misleading and unsupported by official records.
