Pelliron Universal still not holding any license?

Pelliron Universal has still not provided any verifiable financial licensing information. It claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and to maintain a physical address in the United Kingdom.

While it is true that Pelliron Universal LLC appears in the registry of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. Importantly, this is not a financial services license. The SVG FSA has explicitly stated that it does not regulate or license forex trading activities.

Moreover, Pelliron Universal LLC is not authorized by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). If it is offering forex brokerage services from its claimed UK address, it is doing so without regulatory approval, and there are indications that the listed UK address may not correspond to an actual operational office.

Given the absence of valid regulatory authorization, we continue to classify Pelliron Universal as an unlicensed and potentially fraudulent broker. We therefore strongly advise investors to avoid trading with Pelliron Universal to protect their capital from significant risk.
