Is https://www.lebwayz.com/en/index.htm a scam? I can't withdraw my money!

A man on facebook contacted me and recommended me this broker. He said he have made considerable profits on lebwayz, so I started investing in this platform. At first it looked good but when I made a withdrawal request, they refused to process my withdrawal... and I cannot log my account any more. Can I made a complaint about this broker or anything else I could do,please assist!
