Investment refunded denied from the broker

TheGlobalFX ltd, Address: 8FVQ+8W Providence, Seychelles, regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. is the broker who provide social trading option where i invested 5000USD in the year of 2023 and started copying a strategy called "Nexusewave" , until March 2025 they paid profit on time and i had an emergency so i asked them to close my account and settle my investment but as of now there is no proper response from their side also they didn't paid profit from last 2 months
