I have invested in this platform since October, 2021 and successfully made profits through Forex trading. however, when I decided to withdrawl my money, something weird happened. At first, they rejected my withdrawl requst by making ridicilous excuses like I have to pay huge taxes or handling fees. A couples days later, I found my account was blocked and their staffs were lost contact...

FinoMarkets is thoroughly a scam broker operating without any regulation and should be avoided at all events. The domain of FinoMarkets is not available now, as most probably it has been suspended, which is always a bad sign. 

In accordance with the information we hold, FinoMarkets is an unlicensed broker warned or blacklisted by several financial regulators, including the UK's FCA, Spanish CNMV and Belgian FSMA. You can check full alert or warning from FCA, CNMV and FSMA respectively.

Concerning your situation, if they blocked your account without any reason when there is balance in your account, unfortunately, this must be their way of defrauding your funds.
