Yes, that's right. They asked me to delete this complaint and said they would return my deposit balance if I did. To date, I have not agreed to their request. Based on the negotiation, they will still delete my profits, even though I earned them from gold trading, even though I trade gold normally.

You can also try contacting these two regulatory to see if they can assist you in urging Ultima Markets to resolve your withdrawal issue.
