CONTENT Complaint Against Warren Bowie & Smith (wbandsmith.com) Name: Pawan Verma Account No.: 12511484 I am submitting this complaint against Warren Bowie & Smith (wbandsmith.com) regarding fraudulent misrepresentation, coercion, misleading trading practices, and financial exploitation. Between December 2025 and January 2026, I received aggressive daily calls (7–8 calls per day) from broker representatives pressuring me to deposit funds with promises of protected trades, guaranteed profits, bonuses, and safe withdrawals. All trades were instructed by the broker through phone calls and Telegram messages, including trade direction and lot sizes. Whenever trades went negative, I was threatened with account liquidation unless I urgently deposited additional funds. This pressure cycle repeated more than 10 times within one month. Under continuous manipulation, I deposited approximately USD 28,000 using credit cards, loans, borrowed funds, and support from family/friends. When I requested withdrawals on 28 January 2026, I was instead pressured into opening high-risk trades with unrealistic profit promises. Eventually, my account was heavily damaged/liquidated. I formally complained to the broker on 29 January 2026, and although the complaint was acknowledged with a promise of investigation within 30 days, no proper response or resolution has been provided despite multiple follow-up emails. Following my complaint and bank chargeback attempts, I also received intimidating calls warning me about possible banking fraud allegations, visa cancellation, and deportation threats if I continued pursuing the dispute. CONTENT I started trading with the WBS from January 2026 and made a profit of USD560, since 23 January 2026, I have been frantically chasing with them for my profit but nobody from their team ever bothers to provide concrete answer. Initially, they said you have to send your bank details, then the card copy from which account I initially deposited the amount. All bank details were furnished however, they keep saying will update soon. One of their staff who was my agent left the company, I do not have a physical person to cordinate with, the staff calls from random numbers when I try to contact, its unreachable. The staff kept saying cancel the earlier withdrawal request and put a new withdrawal request, but for what. Can't the system work on the withdrawals initiated for so long. The accounts department is just sitting the peoples money and getting their salary paid through our funds.

CONTENT They flagged me and convinced me to invest and told me that my money would always be available when I wanted to withdraw but when I did the withdrawal test it didn't allow me to do it and it looked like the request was just made but It does not allow me to withdraw money, They convinced me by satisfying me that my money is safe and managed to convinced me to invest 3000$ & all of the sudden one day they made a investment at one place & all of the sudden the money start to went in negative & eventually all liquidis & there's nothing left. They did this because I was consistently asking them for withdrawal. Kindly help me out on this to recover my money & take legal action against them. Thanks

CONTENT I started trading with Warren Bonie & Smith in January 2024 with an initial deposit of $500.00. However, they started demanding more and more deposits, and on top of these deposits they added 50% of the company's capital, under the claim of bonuses to increase leverage. The trading contracts they told us to open were very high, and the risk was higher. On a few occasions, I had to make capital contributions to support the negative operations. But I also made good profits. I just can't withdraw from my account. The only approved withdrawal was $1,000.00, when I already had a profit of $44,000.00. And more and more they want us to make deposits into the account. On 03/08/2024, I closed the last open trading operation, and requested the closure of my account 11202543 on 03/11/2024, through all possible channels with this company. Including through messages to my account analyst Bryan. They are linking the closure of the account to maintaining more operations !!! It's absurd! I no longer wish to trade with this broker!!!
