CONTENT I met an account manager on Tik Tok. He introduced VT Markets to me and said that if I participated in the event, I would get 100u for every 200u deposit. I communicated with the account manager for a long time before trading. The manager reminded me not to violate the rules. I asked what is a violation? Does profit mean violation? After detailed communication, as long as it is not a large position, it will not be considered a violation. In the end, I was really lucky that I made a profit. But in the end, my withdrawal application was rejected. He said that I was hedging, and I violated the rules and asked me to show evidence. No matter how I explained, they would not pay out.

CONTENT I have been trading normally. I lost money in the early stage and started to make profits later. When I was about to withdraw money, VT Markets sent an email saying that I was laundering money and asked me to provide information. After I provided the information, it said it was no good and asked me to provide bank statements, income certificates, and bank deposits. Later, it said that I was trading illegally, and I said that I had been placing orders for transactions. They asked me to sign a contract to voluntarily give up profits and only pay out the principal! Later, I signed the contract to protect the principal, and now the profit has been withheld!

Withdrawal Pending for 1 Month

CONTENT After much consideration, I have finally decided to share my experience regarding the withdrawal of funds from my account here. On March, I made my first withdrawal request of 800+ USD, but unfortunately, it is still pending to this day.Despite my initial disbelief that this could be a scam, I eventually relented. I have contacted customer service numerous times, and each time, I was assured that an account manager would contact me to resolve the issue. Despite providing various personal details for KYC purposes, the problem remains unresolved. They even block the ticket feature from my account.I hope to receive assistance on this platform or any guidance on next steps to take.Thanks.

VT Markets terminates my account

CONTENT I received an email from VT Markets saying my trading behaviors were abnormal, to be clear, yes, I used a swap free account because VT Markets offers "Swap-Free Account for All Traders" and I wanted to see if my strategy was better in this type of account. I'm a Dubaï Resident and I could use it for muslim clients.Yes, I'm a swing trader and I kept opened trades several days but how can I abuse Swap when I opened trades in both sides for the same asset.Why didn't they tell me that my trading was suspicious when I was losing?Why did they automaticaly deduct the $7628 from my account for "Cash-Adjustment PNL"?
