【Resolved】Withdrawal not being processed in STARTRADER

CONTENT Firstly, without warning they had amended my leverage. No consulting with the client beforehand whatsoever. The bigger issue comes in, that because of this, my trading was blocked for close to 5 hours, especially since I was watching for the right window to enter a trade. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, took them more than two days just to respond with a generic email requesting account name, number, relevant screenshots… which were already included in the initial email sent. This tells you that they are not customer centric. And then upon withdrawing funds, what should take maximum 10min on the selected blockchain, has taken over +45 hours and I still don’t have them yet. These issues I have not experienced elsewhere before. Update: they have now on two separate occasions, deleted my support ticket that I created requesting assistance as to find out why my funds are not being sent to me. The first time the ticket just disappeared, and now this time it’s marked as ‘solved’ when I still don’t have my funds and the status on the transaction is still ‘processing’.

CONTENT I made a profit of 2820USDT at STARTRADER, but they won't let me withdraw the money! When I opened an account, the account manager said that if I used USDT, the deposit and withdrawal would be in seconds, and if it was slow, it would be within one working day.I applied for a withdrawal of 2820USDT at 07:49 on March 3, 2025, but it still showed that it was being processed and I could not withdraw the money on March 6. I contacted online support, and they asked me to contact the account manager, but the account manager did not respond.On the 4th working day after the withdrawal, STARTRADER emailed me that my account's high-frequency transactions were illegal and the transaction profits were deducted, and I could not withdraw the money. After returning the withdrawal amount to the account, on March 7 and March 10, the account balance was innocently deducted by 2584USDT under normal orders, but I still could not withdraw the money and it showed that it was prohibited to withdraw the money. The customer service asked me to contact the account manager, but the account manager did not respond.

CONTENT STARTRADER maliciously deducted US$2,814 of my trading funds by fabricating reasons, and sent emails to the platform many times to return my funds. However, the platform deducted my trading funds on the grounds that my profitable orders were high-frequency transactions. I repeatedly asked the platform to provide authoritative evidence to prove that my trading was high-frequency trading. I asked them to show me which trading agreement I had violated, but the trading agreement did not require the position to be less than 10 For a few minutes, just say I am a high-frequency trader and define my clients'transactions at will. I explained to the platform that the trading agreement did not clearly state that the holding time was less than 10 minutes, and the platform refused to accept the account, so it directly said that the email they sent would be the final explanation. The email mentioned which trading terms were violated, but I read the agreement they sent There is no clear definition of trading hours, so they just casually say that I am a high-frequency trader. Isn’t this an overbearing clause? When customers win some money, they call it high-frequency trade. If I open an exchange, I am afraid that customers will win money, so I might as well not open it.
