CONTENT Hello, i have a binary trading account with pocket option last year I made some losses of around 9700$ and I left the account as it is .. now I started trading and made a good profit of around 5700$ and made a withdrawal .. so they canceled the withdrawal and reset the trading balance to zero when I asked why they told me you have used bot or trading software .. what the hell is wrong with pocket option when you will make good profits they will block your account for sure that's the reality and don't believe on influencers and YouTubers they get paid a good amount to promote that the withdrawal part if got profits otherwise they are fully fake .. they will make your losses in the trading part and there is a lot of manipulation in trading terminal .. so anyone has any suggestion how I can file a case to then and blocked them from my country to save other just tell me. I attached all the proofs and a PDF file of the trades

CONTENT The platform does not respond to the emails I send to support, they are lying saying that I used my balance in negotiations which they know is a lie because they have already sent me a message saying that they had paid my profit and Cubopay had withheld my money, already they invented several contradictory lies to avoid paying the profit that they will withhold from my account which was blocked, they are saying that they refunded my deposit funds which is also a lie as Payretailers sent me an email proving that they had not authorized any refunds, today It has been 293 days since my $6767 profit was withheld by them and the account was blocked! 62 days passed after they messaged me that my refund was being processed and would take 30-60 days to do so! I WANT TO LEAVE MY TOTAL INDIGNATION WITH THE PLATFORM! DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY IN THIS BROKER, THEIR SUPPORT IS NOT RELIEF, THEY DO NOT RESOLVE THE CUSTOMERS' PROBLEMS, THEY LIE AND USE FALSE INFORMATION TO NOT PAY THE PROFITS, THEY MOCK THE CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING AND ALL THE LIES TOLD BY THEM.
