CONTENT I deposited $1500 in Blueberry Markets and was close to closing my account within 10 natural days. Last week, my account was forcibly closed by Blueberry Markets and my account was disabled. I cannot log into the backend at present. This broker froze my account funds in the name of trading violations and did not allow me to withdraw profits. CONTENT After a week of trying to make my withdrawal, I still don't have a clear position from Blueberry... On February 12th, I made a withdrawal request for 219 USD in the crypto trc20 transfer format (note that on the website it is specified that it takes 24 hours ).After 24 hours I opened a ticket to find out the status of the withdrawal. (no ticket received a response), (By default, they already have the withdrawal problem option in the chatbot and it automatically opens the ticket.)On the 15th, I got in touch again, this time asking to speak to someone on chat. And he informed me that everything would be resolved within 24/48 hours as the print attached...Yesterday (18th/19th in aest) I contacted them again and they asked me to wait 24 hours...Always asking to wait for the next day and never solving the withdrawal problem. I really don't know how to proceed anymore...

Lost a lot from blueberry market

CONTENT My account is 719099. I open some positions on cryptocurrency xrp 2 months before.Today I suddenly get an email to be informed wrong calculation of the swap. They deduct my account USD 85000.Blueberry markets in emails already admit it is their mistake in calculation. Why as a client of mine need to bear the loss? Company error needs a client to bear the responsibility.I just follow the daily and monthly statements, all black, and white. I do not know how your calculation of the swap rate. It shows my account with 137,000 USD yesterday but now only USD 57,000 after deducting the money from blueberry markets.
