Additionally, it's important to note that the FSCA is generally regarded as an offshore regulator with less stringent oversight and limited investor protection. This means that an FSCA license alone does not guarantee strong safeguards for your funds. Therefore, we advise you to proceed with caution. Consequently, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity, TD MARKETS (PTY) LTD, is the one that runs the business under the trading name of TD Markets.
