Excentral,Cyprus is a scam broker. They lost licence,paid a penalty for suspicious activity, they are on Blacklist. The thing is that my local police ,Czech still deny the scam and refuse to cooperate with Cypriot police

I requested a withdraw in 9th Oct. After that I got mail, your withdraw or refund will be process within 3 days. On 12th Oct I sent many times mail about my withdraw. No response from them. 13th Oct they said please wait for business day. So I asked next business day 16th Oct about my withdraw. Again no response from them whole day until last time of the day and said they will cut fee $10 for withdraw though every month's first withdraw is free. I agree with them, then they said need documents of PoA. I sent. After that they said keep patient, your withdraw will be process within few days. I told them too many times that my family is in bad situation and i need money urgently. So beware my friends, keep your money in your pockets or donate charity but never deposit in Excentral.

Oh, well, to choose a company - you either need to agree to some random offer, or spend long hours searching for something that really meets your expectations and wishes. Everything happened according to the first scenario, I registered, the manager of the company called me back - we had a little chat and I immediately agreed to work on a permanent basis. But I decided to start with a minimum amount (here it is 250 dollars). Because I know a lot about risks and losses (I already have experience in another business and I know that there can be different things here). And of course, I, as a person with little experience, immediately noticed that you can get involved in education here, because the market is developing very rapidly, and changes in accordance with numerous events, so you always have to stay informed in order to make adequate decisions. Please stay away from eXcentral. they are frauder and scamer they scamed me $12500 please do not trust. they will never tell you it is risky until you put your money in and you will never get your money back. this broker is shady to say the least! this happend to a friend of a friend, I have no reason to doubt this would not be true, this guy deposited 10000 dollars to this broker, this was his first try at the market, he asked if the transaction would be safe? they ensured him it was perfectly safe and was very friendly and helpful about it, he deposited the money but somehow the money never reached his acount, they just wanished, and there after they wasnt so friendly suddenly, and didn't want to admit any misstakes from their side, they don't ansver emails from him anymore and when he call they put him on hold for hours and he never get to speak with anyone, the guys money still havent shown up what I know of. further, the minimum deposit sum is redicilously huge, these guys are scum

Actually, I was extremely satisfied with this brokerage until I recommended it to my GF. And it turned that minimum depo is $250. That's actually the wrong approach to a new traders I think. 250 isn't so high for a new traders that know how to trade, but she was new to trading and investing 250 is too much for her. I don't know what a point not to set $100 minimum depo, I don't see any point in this, the lower deposit - the more trades company would involve. I don't mean there's something bad, but comon, eXcentral can be more liberal in this regard IMO. That's good for both broker and for traders, total win-win situation If we distract from this incident, in other terms brokerage is okey, as I said, I was extremely satisfied with it.
