Stay away from Axia. Don’t let them fool you.Again, I requested a withdrawal from my account on March 28, 2025, when my balance was close to $300 USD. Since then, I have sent more than three emails to their support team and received no reply by email.Today, they finally responded — not via email, but through a public comment on Trustpilot, repeating the same excuse about "open trades." This is clearly a delay tactic. They had more than enough time to process my withdrawal before any trading losses could occur.I logged into my account today and saw that my balance is now negative. When I requested the withdrawal, the funds were available. This confirms that they deliberately delayed the process until they could claim the funds were gone.They continue to pressure users via WhatsApp to deposit more money, but when you try to withdraw your own, they either ignore you or use manipulative excuses.This is not a legitimate investment platform. It is a coordinated strategy to keep your funds trapped while appearing to operate “normally.”I will be submitting formal complaints to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles and reporting this case to consumer protection platforms and financial media. I began using Axia Trade with a bronze account. I deposited $500 and they gave me a welcome bonus of 5%, or $25. The spread rate seemed very reasonable. I like it! I'm already planning to expand my account and upgrade to the gold package in a few months.

oh, I really love this trading plattform. I remember when I was looking for a platform that had a wide range of investment and this was recommended to me. It wasn't until recently I started trading with them. It would be a year now and wow having over 600 trading instruments to choose from is really impressive. Aded to that they have a wonderful customer support team. Well, the payments and deposit are dependent on your location but this broker has more local payments that makes transactions easy. All in all they are inclusive and I am loving it!

I have been trading with AxiaTrade for quite a long time, probably more than half a year, I must admit I was surprised by their trading conditions on the diamond account, they give a bonus of up to 20% on the first deposit, so I chose it. Deposits and withdrawals are carried out without problems, it is very convenient to withdraw through cryptocurrencies. The trading platform is functional, but it will take time for beginners to get used to it. However, technical support takes a very long time to answer my questions, I wish they would improve the speed of response to their clients.

I suppose that it's a good solution for trading. My choice was silver account and only because I had enough money to pick it. I agree that it is somewhere in the beginning, but still trading conditions are attractive. Welcome bonus equates to 10%, leverage is 1:200 and spreads are tight somewhere around 1.8 pips or maybe even lower, if you choose proper time for trading. Cryptos are traded here without issues. It's worth mentioning slight delays in depositing and withdrawing, but perhaps it's okay. It doesn't depend on the broker usually.

It was the Gold account that I chose because I found sperads much tighter and the attention to me as a client is better.Yet I wish the Axia platform could be more customizable although I realize that it’s very new and the broker is still making the first steps in this direction.During my six month experience there were no critical lags and erors with it. So it means the optimization is on a good level.All the essential payment methods are there, but sometimes I crave some more wallets or crypto wallets. I didn't want to choose the basic account called Bronze and decided to allocate some more money to get a SIlver one. Conditions are slightly better, at least from the point of spreads and leverage sizes. Welcome bonus is more generous also, that is appealing. I don't want to choose another account just because I get along with the conditions on Silver. Trading is favorable for me.

I don't mean to be critical, but as a broker focused on clients with significant trading capital, they need to step up their customer service. Providing appealing trading terms is a must but it is not enough. Excellent customer service is expected as well!Aside from this small drawback, Axia Markets excels in every other aspect of providing trading services. I use the Diamond account type and in my year of trading on this platform, I am happy to confirm that whatever was promised regarding the terms and conditions was delivered!It is a solid, honest and reliable brokerage!
