An investor recently filed a complaint against the forex trading platform WinproFX, alleging losses of nearly $21,000 due to this unlicensed broker. It is reported that after submitting a withdrawal request on the platform, the client never received the funds, while his trading balance was completely wiped out. More alarmingly, WinproFX has yet to respond.
The client reportedly earned profits from his trading on WinproFX and provided screenshots confirming deposits totaling $18,145.

On September 18, the investor reportedly submitted a withdrawal request totaling $20,999.47. The broker later confirmed receipt of the request but indicated that the transaction was still being processed.

The following day, upon logging into his account to check the status, the investor found that the withdrawal was still marked as “pending,” yet his account balance had been entirely wiped out. What’s more troubling is that WinproFX offered no explanation or response to clarify the situation or address the missing funds.

The BrokersView team reached out to WinproFX for comment regarding the complaint, but has yet to receive a response. Meanwhile, the client's funds remain unrecovered.
Although WinproFX claims to be a financial services company registered in Saint Lucia, it is not regulated by any financial regulators.
The broker provides only an address in Saint Lucia on its official website, without disclosing any details regarding regulations or licenses.

Engaging with unlicensed brokers means investors' funds lack protection under financial regulations or watchdogs, exposing them to significant risks, including investment scam.
Investors should exercise caution when selecting financial services platforms, fully understand potential risks, and avoid falling victim to scams.
