Withdraw delayed for two weeks

CONTENT It has been 14 days since I requested for withdrawal and they still ask me to wait.

CONTENT My MT4 account in Eightcap is 401087I couldn't withdraw profit from my MT4 account since Jul 6th 2022. Then they deleted all my transactions and my profit, without any notification.I had to email to ask them about those problems then they replied the reason is I traded HEDGING with another account 400817, it means I tried to win on my account and that account lost. And they just said that without any proof.I emailed them I didn't agree with what they told about me. I didn't hedging with the account they said. I want to be paid back all my profit and deposit is 2707 USD. And they ignored me until now, no any resolution.What's easy to steel profit from trader, just said Hedging with any account, then remove transactions and profit, no need any proof. Done.

What's wrong with EightCap? I can not withdraw

Amount $7,536

CONTENT 7536 into my EightCAP account. Then I requested a withdrawal the next dOn July 5, 2022, I deposited $ay, it was initially "processing" until my entire account was cleaned up (including my deposit). Since then, I have been sending various emails to their support team, including my account manager, but never got a response. So far they have never replied to my emails or given me a proper explanation why they did this and to this day nothing has come of it. I hope you guys can help me!
