CLMarkets's website is now defunct. It previously claimed to be registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. While that registration may still be valid, the SVG FSA does not have the authority to regulate forex and does not constitute a valid forex license. Furthermore, CLMarkets appears to be unauthorized by any reputable financial regulatory body, raising serious concerns about potential fraud.
